• Someone home often, or can take me with them to work

• Can go home to another calm dog

I’m King, a senior gentleman seeking a cozy castle to call my own. I may not wear an actual crown (yet), but I promise to rule your heart with kindness, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags.

I’m a loving dog who enjoys being by my humans’ side. In fact, I adore my people so much that I can get a little stressed when they leave the room. So if you’re retired, work from home, or if you can take a dog to work, I would be absolutely delighted to be your loyal companion.

My little waddle and jog are the sweetest, and make my people laugh.

And what king doesn’t love treats? So much so that I went on a diet. My foster family did a great job with getting me to lose weight.

I can also get a bit fed up with energetic pups—they’ve just got too much energy for an old guy like myself! If you’ve got another dog, they should be a calm dig like myself. I’d also prefer not to go home with young children, though older dog-savvy teens are just fine.
