Hi I’m Kelly! Ain’t nothin’ gonna break my stride, nobody gonna slow me down! I am a low-rider, some may say. But although my legs are short…my heart Is big!

I came from an Amish breeding community where I never got a chance to be a dog…until now! I have come out of my shell a lot here at Yankee. I love soft toys, to be brushed, and cuddles. I’ve blossomed so much and still have a ways to go to show my true personality. I am currently a bit overweight, but I am on a diet. Jenny Craig working her magic! Daily walks and lots of time to run outside will surely drop those pounds in no time, too!

I am good with most dogs, a home where your dog wants a chill companion is perfect for me! I cuddle lots with my friend Daisy here at Yankee, and I find a lot of comfort in Daisy. We COULD go home together, but don’t have to. Together we have learnt what it means to let loose and be a dog. A family with mature kids is required as I am a sensitive girl who needs time to adjust in a home. The world is so big and I have yet to see it all, I know a big future awaits for me.
