Hi there, my name is Cody! I am a big boy with a big personality! I am funny, smart, and extremely playful. Some of my favorite things are chasing squirrels, playing catch, and biscuit treats. I also love my squeaky toys and stuffies. I’m a get up and go kind of dog, I am up for any adventure my family has in mind for the day. I’ve been camping before and loved it. Some of my squirrel- chasing antics make staff chuckle and will surely make you laugh too. I do great on leash and will look to my human for guidance. Door frames can be off-putting for me, but with the help of tasty treats and the trust I have in my human I can make my way through. You’ll find me resting at the legs of my human or trying to fit myself in your lap. I am also extremely smart. At my young age I have a list of commands I know and staff would love to show my new family what I got up my sleeve! I’ll require training in my new home as I find it rewarding and the structure benefits me. I should be the only animal in the home with no small pets. I would love to have playdates outside of the home with other dogs. I have done well walking alongside other dogs here at Yankee. I will need to be in a home that does not have young kids, teenagers are acceptable. If you can open your heart to a pup like me, I’d love to go home with you!
